Rates are calculated upon checkout based on weight. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Please add 2-3 business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Bases, and the Virgin Islands. During peak holidays, sales, or a new product release, our processing time can take up to 5 business days.

Returns

We offer fast, easy returns. If you're not completely happy with your item, simply fill out a return request within 30 days of receiving your order, and a member of the Kumori team will reach out to help.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping carrier's tracking number. If you would like to track the status of your order, you can do so by using the tracking number found within your shipping confirmation email.

International customs/VAT

Customs fees vary based on location. You may be subject to these fees based on the total value of your order. We recommend checking the rates for fees and taxes with your local customs or post office. You will not be charged a VAT tax on your order.
